Please join us Saturday, November 23, 4pm-7pm in Jacob Hoffner Park, for the completely >> FREE << Northside Holiday Lights In The Park event, lighting up the park, and kicking off the holiday season in Northside with live music and activities for kids of all ages, plus beloved family dogs!


• Bring your kids to participate in a Make & Take holiday craft activity with Growing Trade Pet & Plant.

• Get a holiday themed portrait taken in our specially decorated photo booth set up within the park pavilion, courtesy of Par-Projects.

• Enjoy complimentary refreshments served by CAIN-Churches Active In Northside, including freshly popped popcorn courtesy of NorthChurch.

• Meet the The Christmas Tree Lady and friends spreading holiday cheer.

• Get a raffle ticket to win a basket of Northside goodies from NEST – Northsiders Engaged in Sustainable Transformation.

• See the Northside Daisies mural illuminated by ParProjects with light show projections.

• Receive a list of holiday happenings at Northside businesses taking place throughout the holiday season.

 


-> 4pm-5pm  Listen to live music warming up the event while the sun sinks in the sky.

-> 5:15pm  Be there when we ceremoniously flip the switch, turning on the festive display of holiday lights in the park.

-> 5:15pm-6pm  Enjoy a live choral music performance by students from Chase Elementary School.

-> 5:45pm  Kids age 10 and under can participate in Happen, Inc.’s Snowman Scavenger Hunt.

-> 6pm-6:30pm  Listen to poetry readings from students of WordPlay.
