Northside’s Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation, dba Northsiders Engaged in Sustainable Transformation (NEST), invites interested parties to submit a Request for Qualifications application, seeking a Co-Developer for the southern gateway corner of Northside’s Historic Business District, at the base of the Ludlow Viaduct, 3927 & 3925 Ludlow Avenue, which is the former Stagecraft building, and the adjacent vacant property.
NEST is looking for an experienced Co-Developer interested in impactful development aligning with community development goals and need.
