The Northside Business Association is excited to partner with Star Parking Services who now maintain and enforce the 5 parking lots in the Northside Business District, which are owned by the NBA for the benefit of the community and its visitors. This partnership helps to keep the lots clean, safe and easy to use. Star Parking Services will make necessary improvements to the lots, such as cleaning, light landscaping, improved signage and lighting, as well as weather related maintenance and accessibility. Parking enforcement for non-payment or expired time allotments will result in tickets, and towing if necessary.
–> Parking fees are $1/hour, $5/24 hours, or $40/month. Monthly passes are now available at the parking lot kiosks. If you encounter any problems with the parking kiosks, please call 859-344-3017 or email [email protected].
–> All revenue generated from the parking lots goes back to the Northside Business Association, helping to fund neighborhood projects like the Northside Rock N Roll Carnival, WelcomeToNorthside.com, the Hamilton Avenue flower pots, community-based events, and more. Thanks for your support of the Northside Business District, that helps to support Northside as a great place to live or visit!
–> In partnership with Electrada, the Hamilton/Lingo parking lot provides Level 2 Electric Vehicle charging stations, so you can charge your car while running errands in our business district!
Metered street parking is also plentiful in the Business District.
