Contemplative Community Leadership

We at the Hive want our community’s activists to stay around for a long time. Nonprofit leaders and community organizers who make it the long haul do so through finding their own contemplative roots and skillfully equipping those in the community to do the same. The structure for belonging and transforming is not technique. Its art. And its art that takes soul. Deepen your own art and soul with a 6 week small group facilitated by one of Cincinnati’s veteran organizers. Contemplative leaders know how to step back, to observe themselves and others, to discern needs and motivations, and to cocreate a shared outcome.

Whether you’re a consultant, organizer, clergy, municipal, or nonprofit leader you could have a lot to contribute and learn in this course.
