Red Bike believes relocation of the Hoffner Park station to the Transit Center is the best use of current equipment. However, this should result in a smaller 3.0 station located at Vandalia Point to preserve traditional access and activate the residents of that housing.
Additional proposed stations attempt to address the lack of connectivity of these areas to the existing fixed route transit lines and center and strengthen the ability to connect neighbors.
