Join Anne Minter and Davi Brown on Sunday mornings for Kundalini Yoga in the upstairs sanctuary space of Urban Artifact!
This historic sanctuary, built in 1876, is being opened up on Sunday mornings to offer you a complete cleansing experience, filled with rhythmic beats and ancient teachings. Move through the kriyas, meditations, and pranayams of Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) in this hallowed space. Every Sunday, beginning October 22nd.
