Designer Challenge Kick-Off

Love to DIY? Upcycle? Re-invent? Don’t miss Building Value’s Designer Challenge!

Open to both amateur and professional designers, the Designer Challenge dares artists to create a piece from reused or repurposed items. Individuals, teams, and companies are encouraged to participate. Pieces will be auctioned off at ReUse-apalooza! the one-of-a-kind fundraiser featuring one-of-a-kind art! All funds raised benefit Easterseals and its programs, including Building Value.

At the Designer Challenge kick-off, enjoy light refreshments while meeting other artists, completing registration and shopping for supplies.

Guidelines:
• All pieces must be made from a majority of reused or repurposed items.
• Suggested categories include: light fixtures, wall art, furniture, décor.
• Each designer, or team of designers, receives up to $125 credit at Building Value for products used in each design. Restrictions may apply, and store credit must be used by May 5.
• All designs must be finished, with a high-quality photo submitted by May 6 for inclusion in the mobile bidding platform.
• Items must be delivered to the Building Value store by May 12.
• Items will be auctioned at ReUse-apalooza! with all proceeds benefiting Easterseals programs, including Building Value.
