2017 Cincinnati Art Book Fair

Join us for the 2017 Cincinnati Art Book Fair! The two day fair will feature work from independent publishers & collections and will take place on December 9 and 10 at the Hoffner Lodge in Northside. The Cincinnati Art Book Fair is free and open to the public.

Kaitlin Burke is a third year mixed media text based painter and performance artist at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. She spends the majority of her time petting cats, learning to hula hoop, and overdosing on coffee.

Mandy Clements is a design major and creative writing minor at the Art Academy of Cincinnati. Her favorite pastime is watching bad DIY videos online.

Zach Gibson is a multimedia artist and a painting major senior at the art academy of cincinnati. He enjoys working, writing, and existing abstractly.

Michelle McCracken: F*** bios.

Hannah Parker is a senior at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, majoring in illustration and minoring in creative writing and art history. Her work is currently focused on memory that she distorts with symbolic imagery.

Harris Wheeler is a sculptor, poet, performance and installation artist. They are interested in working with ephemeral materials in order to cultivate conversation. Their work often deals with the body’s relationship to the natural and synthetic world, and language as a physical material. They are a junior at the Art Academy of Cincinnati.

Olivia Woosley: a socially awkward fiber artist, attempting to make equally awkward poetry.

Rhee Lightner is currently enrolled as a student at the Art Academy of Cincinnati pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Drawing and a minor in Photography. She is an intern for Emily Hanako Momohara, a Cincinnati based photographer. She is a Maryland native who has shown work at the Washington County Arts Council. Exhibitions include: Evidence, Minumentals, and the Sagittarium Art Show: A Celebration of Art as Magick. In 2017 she has been featured in group shows at Pique Gallery, Exhibition 13, Wave Pool, and the Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center. She is also a certified natural chef and baker.
