Bewilderfest Bottle Release (Sanctuary)

We wanted to celebrate our first Bewilderfest bottle release in a big way and the we are are doing that is with 13 different bottles for sale! This includes 8 barrel aged beers as well as 5 Whirligig variants.
Set-up for this bottle release will be a new format than our previous releases. Bottles will be sold in the sanctuary space of the church with entry from Turrill St. side. More details on pricing and limits will be posted as we get closer to the release day.
**Stein Club Members will have early access & details will be sent out via email once limits are set**
Barrel Aged Beers- Beers aged on oak with our house micro flora culture
Reflexology: Barrel aged red sour ale with toasted almonds & chocolate
Fusee: Sour Amber Cuvee. Blend of 1st use bourbon, 1st use wine, & 2nd use bourbon barrels
Epicurean series- Beers designed to be paired with &/or cooked with food
Blueberry Pie: Barrel aged Midwest Fruit Tart with cinnamon & vanilla
Wood Ear Wild Ale: Barrel aged wild ale with wood ear mushrooms
Wood Ear Mushroom Salad: Barrel aged wild ale with wood ear mushrooms, garlic, toasted sesame seeds, Serrano peppers, green onion & cilantro
Shiitake Wild Ale: Barrel aged wild ale with shiitake mushrooms
Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms: Barrel aged wild ale with shiitake mushrooms, shallots, black peppercorns, & rosemary
Tiramisu: Bourbon barrel aged dark ale with coffee, vanilla and chocolate
Whirligig Variants- Our Blueberry Midwest Fruit Tart with the addition of unique ingredients
Trail Mix: Granola, cinnamon, & walnuts
Mocha: Chocolate & coffee
Blueberry Orange Smoothie: Orange peel & fresh vanilla beans
Peanut Butter & Blueberry Jam: Whole Peanuts
Blueberry Sorbet: Lemon zest & fresh basil
